Phai Squared is a solutions driven organization that seeks to provide Measurable, Quality, Value adding
and Sustainable Information Technology (IT) solutions using sound program and project management
practices during implementations. Through the use of skilled resources and best practice methodologies and frameworks.
Phai Squared seeks to be the leading developer and implementer of solutions that result in clients achieving their business objectives.
Of primary intend is for the organisation to further empower individuals from designated groups by providing mentoring and coaching
in business analysis and project management; this, specifically to increase the competency pool.
As an emerging organisation, the intention is to initially formulate strategic partnerships in delivering client solutions in
line with defined client requirements. Delivery of solutions will however be lead and managed by Phai Squared.

To continuously grow , produce products and provide services that enable our customers to meet their strategic and operational business objectives; this by ensuring that customer quality expectations (product, services, auditing and governance requirements) are always satisfied or exceeded.Success Criteria
The following list stipulates measurable success criteria the company plans to achieve:- Add measurable value to the client environment through services and solutions offered
- Directly empower at least one graduate student in society were business is obtained, through the company’s Touch-One Programme
- obtain a range of challenging assignments within the public and private sector
- Identify, train and employ at least 10 graduates amongst others over the next 2 years
- Gain prominence nationally in the IT industry within the next 3 years.
